Grandma sees Lolo for the first time!
This is Lolo's Ohio Grandma, my mother, Sally Snider.
Lolo got his first real look at TeeVee at my Mom's house. He's obviously in the throes of its mind-numbing effects already.
Lolo enjoyed seeing the local crafts, the Homer Laughlin factory, in Newell.
We bought more junk; I can't resist the irregular room.
What a serious little man! An appreciation for stripes runs in the family. This is my the driveway of my ancestral home.
When we visited John's Godparents in Cincinnati, Lolo had a spell of weeping that lasted for, oh, hours. I determined that it was the jalapeño sandwich I ate at Waffle House that day. Sorry, bud.

My nephew Dan and me and Lolo at the Rogers Flea Market. There was a painted tribute to Dale Earnhart, on burlwood, that I passed over..of course on my second circle around it was gone! Too bad.

There's a covered section of the Flea too, with a lot of Ohio foodstuffs (like Shoo Fly Pie).
